What we are looking for:

  • A proactive and flexible Tele Sales Team Member, with leadership qualities

  • Strong communication and listening skills to fully understand our guests requirements
  • To engage and communicate with guests with impact, to deliver personalised solutions to their holiday requirements and actively close the sale
  • Passion for  the South West as a holiday destination and to promote Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks
  • Secure holiday bookings for four Holiday Parks with self driven desire to grow and share knowledge
  • Very efficient with the ability to prioritise yet consistently deliver with attention to detail
  • The highest personal standards and pride in attitudes and behaviours displayed
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced sales environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing guests
  • Understand and gather information from guests keeping it up to date and ensure accurate and efficient data entry
  • Converts guests enquiries into holiday bookings
  • To make targeted outbound calls to promote specific breaks, dates or special offers
  • Inspire and motivate the other members of your team with passion, energy and commitment
  • Assisting Management with training and induction for new team members
  • Share best practice and help other team members to achieve common goals
  • Keeping the team motivated, and completing ad hoc one to one’s and monthly reviews
  • Minimal administrative duties including banking

  • Personal KPI’s
  • Financial KPI’s
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, Best Practice for both Internal and external business.

We have permanent full time positions available working 5 days a week including weekends, with a competitive basic salary and performance related commission scheme.
