Evening Holiday Sales Advisor – 5pm to 9pm (12,16, 20 or full time hour available to suit)

Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks

£7.50 per hour raising to £10.50 per hour (performance related)

We have permanent positions available working evenings from 5pm to 9pm, the number of shifts per week is flexible but needs to be a minimum of 3 (12hours.) This will include some weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, with a competitive basic salary and performance related bonus scheme.

  • Have passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to achieve and exceed targets and overcome challenges
  • Strong communication and listening skills to fully understand our guest requirements
  • To engage and communicate with guests with impact, to deliver personalised solutions to their holiday requirements and actively close the sale
  • Passion for  the South West as a holiday destination and to promote Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks
  • Secure holiday bookings for four Holiday Parks with self driven desire to grow and share knowledge
  • Very efficient with the ability to prioritise yet consistently deliver with attention to detail
  • The highest personal standards and pride in attitudes and behaviours displayed
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced sales environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing guests
  • Understand and gather information from guests keeping it up to date and ensure accurate and efficient data entry
  • Converts guests enquiries into holiday bookings
  • Inspire and motivate the other members of your team with passion, energy and commitment
  • Share best practice and help other team members to achieve your common goals

  • Personal KPIs
  • Financial KPIs
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, Best Practice for both internal and external business.
