We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person with experience of using Sage 50 Payroll to join our Accounts team as the Payroll Administrator.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks primarily the end to end running of the monthly Payrolls, entering new starter details on to the Payroll system, recording work time, processing of leavers, statutory payments including SSP and SMP, liaising with third parties such as HMRC and DWP, Nest pension administration and producing various weekly and monthly wage reports for the Financial Controller.
You must be competent in Excel Spreadsheets, be able to work to deadlines with good attention to detail and have sound communication skills.
This is a permanent position, working hours can be flexible to a degree averaging around 30 hours per week. This is open to negotiation. We offer a competitive rate of pay depending on experience and this may include a training package if required to help growth within the Accounts Department.
