Currently we are recruiting for additional members for our Reception / Front of House Team for this season.

Our parks are busy places and between them we welcome over 42,000 families every year… fortunately not all at the same time.

·         Offering help, support and service to our guests in relation to their stay and the exciting events and activities available not just on park but also in the local area

·         Assisting guests with making a booking to return to our parks again

·         Supporting other team members and liaising with key service areas including our on park accommodation and maintenance teams as well as our central support reservations department

To be the face of our holidays you will need to be highly presentable, have excellent communication skills and a positive problem solving attitude.

We will ensure you are fully trained to feel confident helping our guests but you will need to be computer literate.

Our front of house roles include working shift patterns including evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays, as such you will need your own transport. Full uniform is provided

In return we offer a competitive wage, free use of Parks facilities and company discounts.
